How do we order your Non Stock items?


To order an item that is not in stock, the minimum order is 100 pieces per item. Item can be assorted up to 3 colors. Please contact us directly for information on non stock items. How long does it take for special orders to be delivered? For special orders delivery time is generally 5 to 7 weeks.




Is it possible to get one of your designed in Brass?

Yes. The minimum order is 300 pieces per item to have one of our designs made in brass.




If I make an order and the item is out of stock will you place my items on backorder?

Yes we will place your items that are out of stock on backorder and they will be shipped to you when they are received. If you need to cancel a backorder please let us know ahead of time.




General Product Information

All of our products are:

  • 925 Sterling Silver Guaranteed
  • Nickel Free, Hypo-allergenic


Finish is one of the following:

  • Rhodium Finish: 5 mils on rings, 3 mils on pendants/earrings/etc
  • Rhodium Finish: 5 mils on rings, 3 mils on pendants/earrings/etc
  • Gold Finish (14 Kt Hamilton Gold plating): 2 Microns (80 mils) on rings, 1 Micron (40 mils) on pendants/earrings/etc.

  • All stones are Cubic Zirconium and stones are Handset
  • All pieces are Hand Polished because they are Nickel Free
  • CZ Grade: Stones larger than 3 mm will be a Grade AAA
  • E-Coating is used on certain products
  • It is safe to use any silver jewelry cleaner on our jewelry since it is Nickel Free



What is your minimum order?

For first time orders for new customers, the minimum order is $600. After the first order, the minimum order is $200 per order.
Due to time and personnel constraints we may not be able to process orders that do not meet the minimum order requirements.

How can I become a customer? How can I order your products?

If you are a new customer interested in purchasing our products, please review our FAQ's first. Then send fax us a completed New Customer Application. We will inform you once you have been approved and your account has been created.

Once you are approved you can order using our Order Form. Fax orders and applications to 714-898-7266. You can also order online by logging into your account. Fax orders are considered priority and will be processed first.




What type of payments do you accept? Where can I get a credit application?

For new customers, we accept credit card or COD payment. When we receive your first order we will contact you for your payment.

Once you become an established customer, you can apply for other types of payments. Please use the Credit Application for your requests. Fax to 714-898-7266.




Does your Product Tarnish?

All silver products will tarnish. This is a property of silver that cannot be avoided despite what other manufacturer's may say. Our jewelry does take much longer to tarnish because we use thicker plating than other companies. Also, you can easily clean our product using any silver cleaner. Our company developed jewelry cleaner will be available soon. At that time you will not have any issues with products tarnishing.
